How do i get over my fear of house centipedes?

they are creepy, but harmless, but i just cant stand them!

I hate those things!  I have been terrified of them for years and can't seem to get past it.  I suggest always living with someone who is not scared of them so they can kill them for you.

i think pesticides are useful for you

Umm...

if possible umm you can have an insecticide to get rid of them but if not, you can just uhh... clean your house to get rid of them you have to get rid of other household pests too so that the centipede will move to other places.
