  1. answer yourself to the question

"why you deserve to have the driving lesson"

and obv you need to show that you deserve the licence.

that way, it makes you think why you like to be driving. then makes you focus on learning how to drive.

I was like that first. I was terrible. trust me, if i can drive, anyone can drive.

  2. Just maintain your confidence - keep telling youself 'You can do this' and before you know it driving a car is like tying your shoelaces!  Just breathe and enjoy the ride!

  3. Take your car to an empty parking lot and practice driving around the lot for about 4 or 5 hours.  Believe me, you will get bored.  You can't be bored and anxious at the same time.

    Practice makes perfect.

  4. Try not to worry too much when i had my LGV test i stopped several times to compose myself  as my nerves were affecting my asthma really badly, the examiner will allow you to stop if you need too just make sure that when you do stop that you do everything correctly, you may be able to get something from the doctors to help with your nerves too.

    Good luck!

    I passed by the way

  5. My girlfriend was the same i just went around with her in the car for the first 2 months now she's on her own and there's no problem try and get someone to go with you thats a good driver and most important is patient,if you do that you'll be fine its not as bad as you think once you get going keep at it and you''ll be fine try and relax as much as possible aswell, best of luck!!!!

  6. I just found this article - it looks really helpful.

Got some great ideas about how to change negative thoughts into positives and also some herbal remedies you can try to keep you calm.

  7. Try the BACH flower remedies - in particular 'Rescue remedy' xxxx

  8. Remain Calm!

    Relax!

Driving can be a fun experience. Think of it as coloring a coloring book, you cant go out the lines.

If that still doesnt help then you may need to go to a thearapist. I know that sounds crucial but hey if it helps then it helps.
