  1. True, everybody gets hyper, excited and energetic, but how often does this happen to you and how long does it last?

I am not trying to make things worse, and although this doesn't mean anything, but depending on how often this occurs and what else occurs along side with it, you might be bipolar.

If its a once in a while thing where you just get hyper and angry, its true, all humans go through it, but if its happening a lot, there could be something wrong, as I said could be bipolar disorder or maybe something else.

    HEY LIFEISGOOD

I wasn't trying to hurt your feelings, I am bipolar 1 and have suffered much through my life. There is nothing to be ashamed of, its not something you ask for. I know the feeling, and I was just trying to give you a heads up on seeing if it is actually an illness or not. It took me a long time to accept something was wrong with me, and then I proceeded to help myself.

Again, its nothing to be ashamed of, I am not trying to be harsh, and you are not crazy, its just that some of us are born with mental disorders.

  2. Hon, just from the way you worded the last part of your question  I'd venture to say an anger management class wouldn't hurt. As you get older  you'll begin to think that getting mad (or even) with everyone is normal. It really isn't. I was pretty much the way you appear to be when I was younger. I went to class and got over it. Came to realize it's not all about me.

    Good Luck.

  3. Has anyone mentioned the possibility of Bipolar disorder or ADHD? For years I buried my head in the sand and refused to acknowledge my Bipolar disorder and related  manic, inappropriate behaviors. In hindsight, I'm mortified by some of the things I did. Do you have reason to believe that your loved ones don't have your best interests at heart?
