How do i get pass the mission of megaman 6 cyber falzar the mission about catching 15 fish?

when i am at the SeaSideArea doing the mission the whole screen was blue and nothing can be seen

u shud be spoutman adn the whole area is underwater if the screen is just blue and u cant see anything, then ur game or screen might be broken  other than that u just catch the fish underwater and when u need air u hit a whirlpool to get back to the surface of the water
