How do i get past an administrative password on my friends windows 98 laptop?

its not the lofon screen, that password is easy. its the password before the screen, in which case i cannot go to safe mode or alter the startup process.

help fast i gotta getthis done by tommorrow =/

As your friend. Thats the BIOS password, not that easy to get past as its stored in a location you cant get to unless you open up the laptop or conatct the manufacture.
