How do i get past the steeds of time in god of war 2?

i have turnerd the blue,yellow,green,and red thanings but i do not now whot to do now please help?

After you turn the colored retaining bolts, you should be able to grab the latch (bar) that was with them. R1 the bar and it should tell you to power lift the bar. After you lift the bar, the platform you are standing on will swing back. at that point you whip the horses to move them forward and move the island to a point where you can access it.
