  1. try juggling, juggle around the block, make sure you are conditioned, work with cones dribble through them and alternate feet, try different moves through them as well.  play with another person, but definetly make sure your conditioning is good

    good luck

  2. Juggling always is the best way to master ball control.  Instead of juggling using all parts of your body, just try using one part of your body for a certain amount of repitions.  But be sure to alternate sides (i.e 500 touches with the right foot, then 500 touches with the left foot).  This isn't something that you can do a few times a week.  You have to be dedicated and do this EVERYDAY.  With little time, you are going to have to touch a ball every single day to get the feeling off the ball on different parts of our body and how it reacts.  Be sure your conditioning is good becasue all these touches are going to test your conditioning.  At the same time, it will train you to concentrate when you are tired to have a great touch regardless of which body part you use during the late part of matches.  Another variation, and i know this may sound weird, is to juggle BARE FOOT!!  Why you may ask?  Juggling barefoot helps you know how a ball feels on your naked foot.  After you juggle a ball bare footed a couple hundred times, your foot will start to get a little tender, but it will help you by helping you know how much force is needed to control the ball with direct input ( you don't have the impact soften by your cleats, so you can respond a lot faster if your touch is to hard or to soft).  Juggling barefoot requires less force then if you were weraing cleats.  So when you go back to wearing cleats, you will notice that the ball will not travel as far with cleats on as it did when you were barefoot.  After you get used to juggling pretty well, start moving while juggling.  Start with going from an end line to end line and back again, using any part as you see fit to move the ball.  This will help get you coordinated in moving and controlling the ball.  You can also do this barefoot a few times to, but be sure the field is free of debris.  You can also try juggling with a 1 or 2 lb medicine soccer ball.  Juggling with this size ball requires a lot of force, but when you go back to juggling a regualr soccer ball, it will feel like you are juggling a ballon.  This will help you increase you leg strength and gove you better muscle control.
