How do i get photos on to fabric???????<333?

my mom wants me and my sister to make a quilt that has pictures of us on it how do i do that with out the pictures being all plasticy. oh she also wants it for my 5 years old sister so it has to be something that can be washed plenty of times<333

You can purchase specially treated sheets to transfer pictures at hobby and craft stores, Walmart etc., but those are quite expensive.

A product that is much cheaper to use is bubblejetset 2000. I&#039;ve used it plenty of times to print out labels for quilts I make. It does not change the feel of the fabric, you can iron over the image (unlike with some of the sheets you purchase) and it is washable.

well, i no they have this blank iron-on paper you can print out pictures on. you can buy it at wal-mart, and i think maybe even at some office supplies stores. but im not sure it would work if you were knitting a quilt or anything like that. if its cotton-like material (like a t-shirt) it would deffinetly work. if you dont buy a cheap brand, it shouldnt come off in the wash.

Go down to local craft / hobby store.....they should have a product the you can use.....when I did this project several years ago, I had to use a copy of the photographs made from a color copier on special transfer paper and  iron it on to the fabric when done.....like I said, its been awhile.  I am sure that you can do a google search and get better directions.  Check with Hobby Lobby, they have a lot of friendly people.
