How do i get pictures off of my samsung juke on to my computer?

ok i got a samsung juke from verzion wireless i have some pic of my frineds i want on here but every time i hook it up ot my computer then clik import picutres from my decive. it does it then it says no pictures...i look and there ae pictures i have a hp palvaion slimiline its very new users vista. any help i would love thanks^^

I have the EnV and what I do is I send my pictures in a picture message to my email.

All you have to do is open up a picture message and type your email where you would add the phone number. Then you can open it up from your computer and save it from there!

The Vista programme sucks! Lots of problems with Vista!
