you answer questions and get points but if you ask questions you lose points

so you don't have to read a bunch of pointless c**p.

you get points by answering and giving really useful information.

the only way useful info make you get points is if you get best answers.

there. thats all, also you LOSE points by asking questions but to some it doesn't matter (i guess)
