What exactly is a social home? We don't have that term where I live. The only thing I could find online was a social welfare home or a social rehabilitation home, both of which were very undesirable places and you often had to have committed a crime or simply be unwanted by your parents to end up there.

If what you are referring to is what is like our foster homes, there is undoubtedly a government department where you live dealing with child services or family services or social services. They will only take you out of your family if there is an actual reason to do so.

IF THERE IS SOME KIND OF ABUSE IN YOUR HOME OR IF YOUR HAVING STEPARENT PROBLEMS,GO TO THE POLICE AND TELL THEM YOU NEED TO VERY BADLY TO GO TO ANOTHER HOME AND TELL THEM WHY AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.

go to children aid and and ask to be taken from your home.  But first go to the hospital and get a mental health check done

If you are a danger to yourself or someone is abusing you then often you can get put into the system. Believe me it isn't all it's cracked up to be. Unless you are in an abusive home just try to get along as best as you can until you become legal age and get a job and get out on your own.
