How do i get radio disney to answer the phone?

i keep calling and all it does it ring-beep-beep-beep and they never pick up? how does it work? i know the phone number is 1-888-327-7018!

It's called a busy signal. They're already in the middle of a phone call and there are a lot of other phone callers waiting in line to have their call picked up. So, the rest get the beep-beep-beep.

Really, call again later when the lines aren't that busy. If it's during a contest, don't expect to get through right away.
