How do i get ready for school!!?

school starts on the 22nd so i have less then a week,like 5 days i think

i was staying up until 4am! but ive been trying to go 2 sleep around 12am instead but i need to go 2 bed at 10 pm once school starts, especially because the 22nd is also the jonas brothers concert and since im already gonna have to get up at 6am im afraid ill be tired if i dont get enough sleep,so how can i adjust to the new schedule in 5 days???

  1. i just find something to do to make me tired during the day. I had the same problem and i just played soccer, got tired, and got to sleep  earlier because i'm about to start school too and i had the same problem.  


  2. Each time you go to bed from now go to bed an hour earlier. That means you'll go to bed at 3am today, 2am tomorrow, and so on (this includes weekends), so that by the time school starts you'll be going to bed at 10pm (or 11pm).

    If you can't fall asleep take cold medicine or tylenol. I know you're not supposed to, but it helps until your internal clock gets adjusted.

    Personally I read before I go to sleep to help quiet my mind. Though not everyone likes to read.

  4. well, this is what my sister does. she tries to set up a shopping spree with her friend. and also she goes to the salon to talk with her friend about her life at school. they get to know each other. And they plan out what to do about school. and she also gets a makeover. because you HAVE to look different on your first day of new school year. you should also plan a get together with your friends. have a slumber party. do each other's hair and  makeup and gossip!!!

  5. It will be hard at first...why wouldn't it be? It always is hard to change your sleep schedule but being young, you can do it like all the other kids going back. Maybe next yr. start adjusting earlier...then it won't be as stressful. Trust me by the first week you will be eager to go to bed early. After you get used to that schedule you will then have to make yourself go to bed early because you will not be as tired as you will be for the first week or two. good luck. You will be fine.
