At 12 years old you would think he knows better.

It was a papermate red ink pen like what teachers use in school.

  1. Try rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball

  2. Try soap and water, if that doesn't work, try hairspray.  Hairspray takes permanent marker/ ink out of almost anything.  But watch so it doesn't irritate his face too much.

  3. Rubbing alcohol will do it.

As far as the hairspray goes, what takes the ink out of something when using hairspray is the alcohol in it. I wouldn't put hairspray on his face, it's not necessary, lol! Just get a cotton ball  and use the alcohol.

  4. wash it !

  5. Well, why not just ask him for the pen, and then write "DUH!" on his forhead to match?

Or, you can put lotion on it, then scrub it with soapy water after a couple of minutes....but seriously, I'd get some blue and maybe green to match and have fun!!!

  6. It will wash off with soapy water and a wash rag.  My 4 year old grandson did the same thing to his arms.  Elbow grease, rubbing, and lots of soap.

You may want to mention that to your 12 year old.... that he's behaving like a 4 year old.
