How do i get rid of a backdoor trojan i tried kapersky, avast, malwarebytes, none worked help me plz?

I use webroot antivirus with antispyware, it usually gets rid of most of the malware c**p my computer picks up.  If good antivirus program will not remove it, try system restore.  A good registry repairing program might work as well.  Otherwise, backup important data files, and reformat your hard-drive.
