How do i get rid of an ear infection with bubble andd blood blister?

so i pirced my own ears a little while ago. around 2 months ago and i kno i hant been taking good care of it and now i have an ea infection. it itch but doesnt hurt. there this bubble on it n when it dries i can peel it off but it leave this dark color. n idk what happened but it felt itchy n i moved my earing around n i see this yellow puss thingie.. n i put antibiotics on it. n now its like a blood blister. ahhhhh what do i do? n dont say "ur going to die..."

If there's pus coming out of it I would definitely go to a doctor right away.
