How do i get rid of an iodone stain?

so i went to the doctors office and on the exam bed thingy, i didn't notice there was iodine. i accidentally sat on it. and now my favorite pair of jeans have a big yellowish stain on the butt part!

how do i get rid of it?!?!?

I do not think iodine is removable. Sorry.

I would not use peroxide - it bleaches hair blond!

If you have anything strong enough to oxidise it to the iodide ion, you could use that. Something containing the thiosulphate ion, S2O3^(2-) would work well.
