NEVER get rid of bees.  you need them to keep your yard healthy.  they will not bother you unless you are aggressive towards the bees.

HEY! For BLANK's sake, DO NOT ever try to get rid of bees. Bees are the most important insect around. They pollinate all of our flowers and without bees we would all fricken starve to death. Bees are already having a terribly hard time. IF WE LOSE THE BEES, HUMANS GO BYE-BYE! Please, please learn to respect the bees they are the most important animal we can have around us. PLEASE!

It depends on what kind of bees you have.

If they're a swarm of honeybees, look in the phone book for a beekeeper to remove them safely.  

If you have ground bees (yellowjacket wasps), wait until after dark and then shoot into the nest with a distance spray.  You could also try shoving a kerosene soaked rag into the hold and burning out the nest.  Be careful; ground bees are very aggressive and sting more than once without dying!

There are also yellowjacket traps which lure any kind of wasp with either a pheromome-based attractant or a sugar syrup/fruit/meat concoction that the insects fly into and can't escape from.

Remember, bees and wasps are not the same insect and can be easily mistaken for the other.   Ground "bees" are usually wasps, not bees.   We need bees for plant pollination.

I would not kill them.  We are currently in a bee crisis.  We need all the bees we can get.  Can you move the hive?

Depends on where you have bees..  If they're outside, buy a trap for them, if they're in your walls, call an exterminator.
