I am 31, had two kids, and in fairly great shape. I am 5'3" and 112 lbs. Now the problem is i want to gain weight which i have been able to do before. i want to be 130 lbs. however even at 112 lbs, and atleast 4 days at the gym i still have belly fat. If i do too much cardio i lose way to much weight and i have been doing free crunches and machine crunches and those machines that twist you from side to side and free weights where i lean side to side. So, question is.... how can i lose fat in my stomach while still maintaining or gaining weight everywhere else. I know it is possible i have seen it before. Please help. Do steam rooms help? Massages to the skin of the stomach? Those sweat belts? Anything???
