How do i get rid of belly fat only?

I am 31, had two kids, and in fairly great shape. I am 5'3" and 112 lbs. Now the problem is i want to gain weight which i have been able to do before. i want to be 130 lbs. however even at 112 lbs, and atleast 4 days at the gym i still have belly fat. If i do too much cardio i lose way to much weight and i have been doing free crunches and machine crunches and those machines that twist you from side to side and free weights where i lean side to side. So, question is.... how can i lose fat in my stomach while still maintaining or gaining weight everywhere else. I know it is possible i have seen it before. Please help. Do steam rooms help? Massages to the skin of the stomach? Those sweat belts? Anything???

  1. If your looking for the ultimate ab routine, this is the routine that will help give you the six or eight pack that your looking for.

    Items Needed

    The following items needed for this routine include an ab roller and preferably ten minutes a day.

    Instructions

    First lay flat on the floor with your head on the head rest of the ab roller, then slowly semi crunch for 300 reps.

    Then you will put your feat straight up in the air with your lower back laying flat on the floor, with your head still positioned on the head rest of the ab roller.

    While positioned this way you will then proceed to do 300 reps which will work the lower abs.

    You will then turn on your right side with your head still positioned on the head rest of the ab roller and do 300 reps. Then you will lay on your opposite side repeating the process you have performed on your right side, repeating the same amount of reps.

    You will need to do this every day for a total of ten minutes a day for about six to eight weeks.

  2. There is absolutly no way to burn fat from ONLY your belly.  When you burn fat it burns from all over your entire body.

    It is possible to gain/maintain your weight and get rid of the belly fat.  Eat right and do plenty of cardio to burn the fat, and take up weight lifting to gain muscle weight.

    That's the ONLY way you can gain weight while losing the belly.

  3. I personally love Hip Hop Abs, by Shaun T. It's a hip hop/ dancing work out video. You're still going to be doing cardio, but it's FUN. You don't even realize that you're "working out". Have the kids join in.  

  4. Each person has body fat stored in different place based on genes.  Some are pears, some are pumpkins, some have flat butts, some have bubble butts.  

    You are not really going to get too much say on where you store fat.  You only get to decide what type of lifestyle you choose to limit its amounts.  

    Sweat belts and massages will not work!  

    You just need to keep doing what your doing.  

    As you add more muscle, you will burn MORE calories in a day and help keep more fat off you!

    I have a few of my “close to overweight” Marines on it and it has worked wonders for them!  Including two that are having a tough time losing their weight after a pregnancy!!!
