How do i get rid of blemishes and spots?

yeah i keep getting loads of blemishes appearing and that it isn't that bad like akne or anything compared to some people but my face looks horrible without make-up lmao :L i dno if its my diet or what ?! what is the best like stuff to use ??

  1. i exfoliate my face every night and use blackhead clearing cleanser (clean and clear).

    drink lots of water as well.

  4. Only your face can tell you - diet plays a small role in acne (if at all) but stress/sleep and hormones are the real reason.

    Try finding a three step acne system.

    the new Skin ID is worth looking in to - my daughter ordered it and so far so good - it is specific to your personal acne.

    Otherwise be consistent - washing face twice a day without fail.

    AM and PM (wash, toner and spot treat) a little dose of some sun helps to (not a burn).

    i got the occasional breakout and same as you nothing like acne, i felt stupid but still i went to the doctor and she gave me cream that cleared up my skin in tow days and i have never gotten any spots since and aslo she told me loads of teens with just a few spots came in to get help! its def worth it

    i dont think its your diet because i have friends who eat really healthy and get breakouts and friends who eat fried foods and choc and they have lovely skin!

    also drinking lots of water will make you get really bad skin for a couple of weeks because it brings all the impurities to the skins surface but then after about three weeks you will have lovely skin!

  6. Make sure your makeup is non-comedogenic. You can try a mineral foundation, it's less irritating to the skin. Exfoliate a few times a week with a gentle scrub (but not too much or you'll end up irritating your skin as well). Change your pillow cases frequently and try to avoid very fatty foods like pizza, for many people diet has an effect on their acne. You can also use benzoyl peroxide in a low dose (concentration of 2.5%) on affected areas. There's loads of medications out there but I find benzoyl peroxide to be one of the most effective, especially since you only have mild acne.
