i have just joined my schools soccer team and i have gotten blisters from the 1st pair of cleats i had, but i went out and bought new ones, broke those in over the week end. The blisters still are not going away. i have wore double socks but then my feet sweat, and that just made it worse. i started putting band aids on them, one is getting better but the other is getting bigger. My coach wont let me sit out any days, so letting them dry out wont do. also they are on my heels. plz HELP they hurt...

  1. A common treatment utilized by medics in the U.S. Army is to drain the fluid from a blister and to inject the same amount of compound tincture of benzoin, to help seal the space created by the blister, to serve as a local antiseptic, and to prevent further abrasion or loss of skin,

You can find tincture of benzoin online or from a doctor. This works, Air Force does it too during basic training. Wear runners socks (extra padding in ball and heel), change them a lot, and next time use a powder like Gold Bond before you get the blisters. Watch the one that is getting worse to make sure its not getting infected. Change your shoes often so your not putting wear and tear in the same spot all the time, and change socks often, even during practice if you have to. You can also try moleskin pads, they help take the pressure off.

  2. put cream on them or pop it

  3. There's some great blister band-aids that band-aid makes. They work great for me. I totally recommend those. Sorry! I wish I could help more, but I've been wondering the same thing
