  1. I know how to treat them because i have almost if not completely gotten rid of mine. They are also called chicken skin.

I've had them for about 6 years, they were on my upper arms, back of my thights and butt. Before my wedding i desided that is is time to get rid of them.  You need to get those gloves they sell to exfoliate your skin. I also made myself a special soap to use with those gloves. I had got rid of them about 50%. What they are is skin cells they just grow weird. If you use those gloves everyday they will get better.

This is what i feel cured me of them 99%. I have had stomach problems for about 8 years. I had seen like 3 docotrs and they told me to eat more fiber and blah blah blah. I started drinking Chinese diet tea. It doesnt make you lose weight by  any means but makes you go to the bathroom as in number 2. This tea has fixed my stomach prroblem.

This is how the tea fixed my KP.....  What was happening my body was full of toxims and that was causing the KP. Now that i cure the stomach problems my KP has cured up too. If i don't drink my tea for a full week my KP comes back full force. I drink the tea that contains Chinese mallow and senna. They have many kinds out there but i get 3 Ballerina tea. It kinda tasted just a little gross but i add a little lemon and it works everytime.

I have been free of Kp for 10 months now. Also i hear that something called oil pulling (google it) works with KP. Basically that is you swish natural oil in your month and it pulls out the toxins. I have tried that as well but it takes 15 minutes a day and i dont have any time to do it

    HTH

  2. I have them too. I hate them.

This has worked for a few people I know, but hasn't worked for me really (but I've only been doing it for a few days). "Eucerin Dry Skin Therapy Plus Intensive Repair Creme" is supposed to help. Put it on after you shower, like within 3 minutes. It is kind of heavy though.

  3. wash ur arm harder. like rele scrub. thats how i got ride of mine.

  4. umm are the on your upper arms? if they are its called keratosis pilaris and it cant be cured, but can be treated.

if they are on your lower arms then just scrub with sycilic acid

  5. get a pumice stone and oldspice or shampoo (or anything that is a gel)and just wash your the place that has it, with it and they should go away in a few days.. =]

  6. idk

    i have that too

and i reallty want to know how to get rid of them

ive had them for like my hole lifee

    i hat etheem

  7. Use body wash that can help body acne, such as Neutragena Body Scrub.

Or you can use Proactiv but on the area where your bumps are.
