How do i get rid of fat that covers my six pack and chest muslces? ?

Ok here's the thing. I've been going to the gym for like 2 weeks now but my subscription has expired so I won't be able to go again. During that time, and 2 months before also, I've built a six pack. Definetly. And strong chest muscles. Thing is they're under a layer of fat. Don't imagine anything extreme, fat is really little and doesn't reaaaallly show that much!. So what I want to know is how to get rid of fat as fast as possible to look really good and fit, with my six pack. I have a treadmill at home, so if you can please suggest time and distance for each day. I eat healthily but advice on what to eat will be greatly appreciated. Also, to keep up the six pack? Any suggestions? I want to look fit and toned and thin as fast as possible.

  1. You'll want to start doing more cardio since it burns the most calories. You can go running, jogging, swimming, etc. Don't drink any sodas, not even diet. Theres been lots of talk about even diet sodas promoting weight gain, though not as bad as regular. But either way, soda hurts your teeth as well. Anyway, for keeping your six pack up, you can train them only 2-3 times week and have no worries about losing them.  




  2. put yr 6 pack in the Ice Chest

    and go to the gym.....

  3. i have the same problem...all you can do is diet and ditch the extra calories ive heard working on your obliques helps a little tho
