Ok here's the thing. I've been going to the gym for like 2 weeks now but my subscription has expired so I won't be able to go again. During that time, and 2 months before also, I've built a six pack. Definetly. And strong chest muscles. Thing is they're under a layer of fat. Don't imagine anything extreme, fat is really little and doesn't reaaaallly show that much!. So what I want to know is how to get rid of fat as fast as possible to look really good and fit, with my six pack. I have a treadmill at home, so if you can please suggest time and distance for each day. I eat healthily but advice on what to eat will be greatly appreciated. Also, to keep up the six pack? Any suggestions? I want to look fit and toned and thin as fast as possible.
