How do i get rid of foot pain ?

Whenever i walk alot, my foot hurts when i stop! My mom & dad said that it was growing pains but idk what it is ! i try putting this cream on it & it helps a little. Plz Help!!!

Maybe you need to go and see a poditrist (foot specialist), they can see if there is perhaps a problem with the way in which you walk or set your foot down when you step. Usually they make special insoles for you to put in your shoes to give the foot more support.
