How do i get rid of love handles?

mine are very small. but i want to get rid of them. im determined to perfect my body. im 5 ft 2 and 105 pounds. my body is shaped like tila tequilas but it would be better if my love handles went away. it would only take me a couple of times to get rid of them... any suggestions? please dont criticize me. just try to help.

    And ignore the person who said you should be 98 lbs. That's underweight. Technically, all you need to do is build some muscle (which will then replace that bit of fat), which will make you weigh the same or even slightly more. And the love handles will still be gone.

  4. If you are struggling to learn the truth about how to get rid of love handles. Well you are going to be shocked to know that these are some of the hardest muscles for a man or woman to develop.

    At 5'2" and 105 lbs, it's hard to imagine how you could have enough body fat to have them.  You need SOME body fat just to keep your body working properly, especially the female hormones!

    Regardless, if what little body fat you have is completely concentrated in the love handle area, it's likely unwise to lose.  I'd start with a killer abs course at a gym to see if solidifying the underlying muscles firms the area up for you.

    Having a great body is a great idea.  Having a "perfect" body is impossible.  They're all biological machines, built differently and running down.  Going as far as you can be be healthy and look and feel great is a fantastic thing, but at some point you have to accept your quirks.  I'm sure you look amazing and I'd like a second opinion before I believe in these "love handles" of yours!  As I said before, some body fat is absolutely required, both for looking hot and for functioning well.  

    If the love handles are still an issue, look for that second opinion from a fitness expert or a nutritionist.  Make sure whoever you consult with isn't promising you the world in return for your money:  consult an actual health care pro, rather than a gym trainer.

    Finally, as a last resort, liposuction would allow you to take the fat out and place it elsewhere.  Remember, you NEED that fat.  It's also a scary route to start down.  It's a surgery, with death risks and a nasty toll on your body, and if "perfection" is the goal, you'll never, ever reach it no matter how many surgeries you endure.  Death, disfigurement, and estrangement from the people and things you love most comes long before you'll even approach perfection.  Before liposuction, get a counselor to make sure you're doing this for the right reasons and aren't at risk to become a surgery addict.

    Edit:  4 mm doesn't count!  You have to have a layer of fat there, period the end.  The saying goes "If you can pinch an inch . . . " meaning there has to be a whole INCH there before it's a love handle. :-P

  6.   dont yo think its  hips  . maybe your  just growing hips  . But  if yureally want to get ri of them  us those waist  chrimer  they sell them in all  sports good  stors . in the work out secton and run it really make you swet .

    But i think its hips caus your a girl and all you know
