  1. Put a little bit of water and salt. The salt helps the itchiness. It's not bad, just really annoying. Also, to reduce itchiness put rubbing alcohol.

Before you go out, apply some spray for mosquitos so they don't bite you. Or cream.

    :)

  2. To get rid of mosquitoes you can use Baygon mosquito coils. If you don't want the smoke apply Off insect repellent cream on your skin.

  3. Mosquitoes love warm, humid climates. Look for any areas outside your home where you have standing water and get rid of them. Next, you can apply any of the department store mosquito replant to keep from getting swarmed again. I personally like the new OFF brand that is a spray but feels like a powder on the skin. To treat the itchy areas, apply hydro-cortisone cream in thin layers and I know it is hard, but try not to scratch as it only makes the itching worse and can lead to infection. Since you have so many bites, a tub bath in Aveno might also help calm down the irritation to your skin. I would not worry so much about disease from the mosquitoes unless you live in a zone known for West Nile Virus. If you develop any flu like symptoms, begin running  a fever or have chills you will need to see a doctor. Malaria has basically been wiped out in the USA but is still very prevalent in other countries.

  4. well..there are some cream to cure the itchiness..and mosquitos are quite impossible to get rit off..but u could put some mosquito netting on the windows...however 2 much bites is bad cuz u may nvr noe wat they hav suck b4 u wif their stingers

  5. getting bitten by a lot of mosquitoes wont have much effect on you (unless your allergic) which i don't think you are seeing as how your writing this. You can use a topical cream to get rid of the itchiness. You can probably find some lotion at your local pharmacy.

Mosquitoes are attracted to the level of sugar in your blood so try not to eat too many sweets or cake a few hours before leaving the house.

    Good luck

  6. Use calamine lotion. Or take some benadryl or claratin or something like that. Or just tough it out. You'll live.

  7. Benedryl is your best bet!!! It makes you really tired, so take it at night.  It will definitely make all the inflammation go away.  But if you get bitten during the day or something, go out and get some... After Bite.. it looks kinda like a pencil but a lot thicker.... and basically all you do is apply it to each mosquito bite, and it temporarily takes away the itchiness! It is bad to get bitten that many times, but you really can't help it.  Just use tho two things I suggested and you'll be fine.

    Good luck.

  8. I know this sounds silly but it really works! Buy a large bottle of listerine (the brown stuff; can use a generic brand) spray some around the outside of where you will be. Also apply it directly to the bug bites and it will stop the itch instantly.

I use Bendryl for allergies but find that the listerine has no side effects.

  9. Take some Benadryl...ask your parent's first though.  Also, use a cortisone cream to apply to the bites themselves.  My son, when he was 2, got bit about 7 times on the temple while in the carseat and his head was bulging out.  We ended up taking him to the hospital and two doctors came in and at the same time gave him shots in both legs.  When the swelling went out of his temple, it ended up moving into his eye and he looked like someone hit him in the eye.  You might be allergic, so just be sure and put plenty of spray on before going out again.

  10. Mosquitoes can carry lyme disease, so you do want to be aware of the symptoms of that and see a doc if you get them.

To get rid of the itchiness I used to use cortizone cream but now I use calendula gel, which you can get from your local health food store.

If you have mosquitos in the house right now, here's a trick I use, I get into bed with the light on and wait real still, the mosquitos will come and settle on the walls around your bed - basically waiting to attack you - then you jump up and kill as many as you can.  If you do this a few times you can probably get them all.  Obviously, before you start this you need to stop more mosquitos from coming in...by closing up the house.

Also, you can use mosquito reppellant.  And here's something interesting....catnip oil is 10-20 times more effective at repelling mosquitos that Deet, so if you have catnip growing, go grab a couple sprigs, roll them between your hands and then all over your body.  Other herbs like basil, mint and rosemary will help keep bugs away, but for biting bugs I use catnip all the time...and my cat thinks I'm THE BEST!

Oh, and some people are allergic to mosquito bites.  If you have a bunch in one area and it's swelling, you can also try icing the area.  I just get a welt for 1/2 hour or so...

  11.     Every time you get bit by a mosquito she puts a certain amount of her venom into your skin to keep a avenue open so the blood will flow evenly, it makes it easier for her to feed this way. While doing this, she's also allowing the viruses, parasites and other orgasms to invade your system.

Usually, in the United States the mosquito's carry about 35 different diseases.

If and when you smash the female mosquito you only leave the proboscis in you, open to infection. You should brush it away with a hard move, to both kill it and rub it out.

It's only the female mosquito that will bite you, the male is only sniffing the oxygen your breathing.

She can, do to popular belief stick more then one warm blooded animal, to get her full supply before laying her eggs so, that means she can stick a mouse, get some of his blood and then stick a bird, then a rodent, maybe another human, someone that's very ill then find and stick you. So, you have the parasites of all these in you now, is it any wonder why your immune system is working so hard. ?

And, your your health nut buddies are complaining about spraying, I wonder what they would do if they knew what they just had shot into them, I would rather have the spray. Get some Deet.
