  1. u obviously know your not fat,are you doing this for compliments?

  2. did you put the correct link to the pic? there's no fat in that pic man! i think there's just a little bit to improve on there but it's looks super ok to me!

  3. Hm, let's analyze the situation:

    1. What you want right now, is to incorporate a program that will allow you to lose fat. There is NO such thing as spot reduction of fat; your body, according to your genetics, eliminates fat from the body as a whole. I recommend swimming, and interval training (eg. on treadmill) about 3-4 times per week for about one hour.

Furthermore, you also want to acquire more muscular mass, working out about 3 times per week (different major muscle groups on each day). Abdominal excercises help you to acquire muscle in that area, and not to lose fat from there; you can have great abdominal muscles, but if covered by fat, they will not be noticeable -- that's why cardiovascular work is so important for you right now.

By acquiring more muscular mass, you will be less likely to accumulate excessive amounts of fat, because of the fact that muscle is metabolically active tissue. Not to mention that you will give your body a more 'sculpted' look.

By embracing a healthy living standard (proper diet [lean meats, vegetables, water, etc...] and exercising AND rest), you should focus on keeping a more active lifestyle.

    3. Maybe you are not very overweight (you should have told us your height and your weight, but you can calculate your BMI at http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/) but you should definately implement more physical activity into your rather sedentary lifestyle. Remember that, if you stay sedentary, there is a much higher chance that you will suffer from cardiac ailments in the future. A lot of visceral fat can expose you more to diabetes.

Also, do not become a slave of the weight loss philosophy/industry, or you may end up suffering from one the various mental/dietary diseases that such a habit can ensue!

    Cheers!!

  4. don't need to c pic, do cardio on a regular basis

  5. there's no fat.  but if u want to get even more toned, do ab workouts.

leg lifts 6 inches, flutter kicks, scissors, v-ups (look more).  Start out with 2 sets of each for 45 seconds (2 sets of 30 v-ups) and generally increase the seconds or sets.  that **** burns, but its the fastest way to do it, so DON'T CHEAT.  Trust me, if u know what to do, its much better than crunches or situps

  6. Drink ALOT of water. Do not drink Soda.

Gatorade and Life Water Etc. is good.

Do NOT eat any type of fat food. Example : Fast food.

    Exercise 4 times a week.

If you can do more days a week, then do more.

Example : Swim (Laps in the pool/lake/ocean).

Jog as long as you can then walk and when you get the tiring out of you or the breath back in you then do it again.

You can Do Sit-ups / Crunches. They really do work.

  7. u dont look fat

    it looks s**y

its better like that than looking like a twig

  8. lmao? wtf you talking about? that squishy stuff you're feeling is extra skin.. not fat.

  9. i dont see it... are you joking?

  10. what fat

  11. You're not fat. But if you want to tone your stomache, do push-ups (they work your abs and your arms). Or crunches (work your abs great too if you put your right elbow to your left knee and vice versa. along with going forward)
