How do i get rid of nightmares bout me and my girlfreind?

There's probably an unresolved issue with her in the back of your mind. Maybe you're afraid that your relationship wont last? Or having some trust issues with her? Try to figure that out and maybe they will go away. I have heard that dreams are not usually things that you think about directly before falling asleep, but rather something you have had subconciously in your mind that day, try generally thinking nice thoughts about her whenever you think a negative one.

do u sleep with ur hand placed on ur heart? don't. i never slept like that until i met my sis n she told me that;s the proper way to sleep so i listen to her cuz she's older n i thought she was right. after i slept in that position i always get nightmares until i realized it n i stop placing my hands on my heart when i sleep n i never got nightmareever again
