  1. Replace the catalytic converter its most likely your problem. Although if it seems to come through the vents then you might have mold, which spraying a little lysol into the intake will take care of.

  2. Replace the catalytic converter, it is burnt up

  3. Leaky battery acid has a really bad smell in some occasions.

  4. There's two thing's that i know of that will make your car smell like rotten eggs,One of them is the catalytic converterand the other one is the heater core ,but if it bad you should be able to see water on the passenger side floor board. If you don't see any water there, then i would say it's your converter.

  5. prolly be cheaper to run a few tanks of 93, mixed with STP fuel treatment

  6. Need more information to better answer the question.

How old is the vehicle?  How many miles?  How old is the battery?

It could be the catalytic converter or the battery.  If the electrolyte in the battery is low, I would recommend buying a new battery.  The smell of rotten eggs is coming from permanent damage being done to the battery.
