Don't like your chances of getting rid of them in a couple of hours,but try this anyway.Make a paste with bi carb soda & water & put it on your pimples,this will dry them out & help them disapear.

Before toothpaste,which is a great choice,wash the area with something anti-bacterial(or apply alcohol on it after washing) and then apply ice for a couple of minutes,to reduce swelling,if any.

To cover it up greatly,if it's red,you can use a green eye pencil on it at first(just a little bit and smudge it with your finger then).It will "kill off" redness.Then apply concealer that's a little lighter than your skin colour,and make up or powder on top.

For oily skins,make up in the form of powder(I think MAC has some good ones)is the best choice.

try applying toothpaste (paste not gel) to the affected area, let it dry

it dries up the pimple and helps it look less swollen

no quick fix there,but you can try to cover it up with makeup..........
