How do i get rid of.....?

ok well i don't have bad acne but i have all these little bumps on my forehead. what do you think the are and how can i get rid of them

hi there...my bro used to get those too. I'm not sure what it is but once we got him to wash his face more often like 4 times a day and to keep his hair away from his forehead it became less and less. Also as he started using a good anti dundreuff shampoo on his head the little bumps just dissapeared. I think the oil and germs from the dandruff made the little bumps worse. Also we change his pillow case every day. You could try those tips....hope it helps...cheers!
