How do i get rid of silverfish?

ok well they are always in my bathroom i probably kill 1-5 per day! i think i figured out where they are hiding but the problem is it is under the vanity of my sink and its hard for me to put powder and stuff down there

there are also spiders down there =[

how do i get rid of them

oh and i dont wanna use pesticides cause i have cats and my mom wouldn't let me anyways

they like humid places, so after u shower, leave the door open
