It depends what type of spots they are. i try making my body products they work for me. try washing your fsce twice times a day. you could also try to use spot control like clearasil.

toothpaste and drink 2l of water per day maybe more eat fruit, no oily or greasy food wash your face after every meal and keep your face constantly clean mud paks wrk wonders for fast relief!

lather it in toothpaste for afew hours or overnight to dry it out. or drench it in perfume to dry it out mind this one sometimes stings)
