How do i get rid of the buzzing noise my Video Camera Makes

Question

Ok so everytime i record a video, and then capture it to my computer, i always hear a buzzy noise on the video that it picks up from my camera. Is there any way i can get rid of this?

oh and my camera is a Sony HC-21 (I think) so it isn't exactly a new camera

You can edit the audio with Audacity - it has a noise removal tool.
