How do i get rid of the cockroaches in my kitchen area?! HELP!?

Every night I come out to the kitchen for water or so, when i turn on the light there are cockroaches everywhere! they're on the sink, the stoves, on the floor... they're not big and i even see babies sometimes! please help me get rid of them permanently! and i notice they would only come out at night and when all the lights are out. HELP PLEASEEE!!!!!

Borax can be purchased and it will get rid of cockroaches.  What you need to do is put a fine trail at the back of the cabinet under the sink and other places they congregate or enter the house such as window sills etc. Also set out roach traps.  

Take out the drawers and put a roach trap in places where they hide.  Sprinkle Borax in the bottom of your kitchen trash can.  If you have an infestation this overkill is the only way to get them under control.   Once you have erradicated them keep everything clean and do not leave food etc out to attract them.   If you start seeing them again, a few well placed roach traps  when they first appear in dark corners under the sink etc. usually is enough to deter them.

Get Godrej Pest control done... The cost is around 800 to 900, at Bangalore...

and for one time , they provide a guarentee for 6mnts, but generally cockroaches dont turn back for around 1yr.
