How do i get rid of the fan box stuff?

i keep on getting emails from fanbox thingys and the people that send them aren't even in my contacts, and ive just found out that people are getting fanbox email things from me and i haven't even been sending them. does anyone know how to stop this?

just ignore them and hopefully they will give up and leave you alone
