How do i get rid of the plastic smell and taste that comes in all water bottles?

have a male cat SPRAY inside the bottle and you will never be bothered by the smell of "plastic" coming from them, AGAIN!

buy water in glass bottles

if u dont plan on using it for a while u could use viniger. then wash it. lots. until the viniger taste is gone,

Rinse with a mixture of vinegar and water after you've washed them in soap and water.  Rinse again and let air dry.  Don't put lids or tight fitting seals on them.

Every now and then, I let my Nalgene bottles soak overnight with sudsy water in them.

Or you could get an aluminum bottle.  SIGG makes one with a coating on the inside that doesn't stink up.

Buy Fiji water
