How do i get rid of the reveiw and add rss spaces?

You can not delete the review module. You need to set them to private so no one can see them.

Your RSS has to be a URL address of the web site you want to use as a Feed.

This tells you about Feeds

The web site you are visiting will have a box to click on and you need to subscript to the Feed. Then you can copy the correct URL from the address bar or on your feed page click on''view feed property'' and copy it from there.
