How do i get rid of them?

Question

I have bags under my eyes how do i get rid of them? something thats not expensive, im a teen and im a vegetarian and before when i ate meat i didnt have this problem and it bugs me because they get darker some days. I really need somethign effective. Please dont suggest concealer and foundation because it doesnt work for me.

1.Get plenty of sleep nightly. It’s not entirely clear why inadequate sleep results in dark circles under the eyes, but we’ve all seen it happen either to ourselves or someone we know. For one thing, lack of sleep tends to cause the skin to become paler (thus increasing the appearance of darkness under the eyes), and it reduces circulation. It’s also believed that too little time lying down is a cause in itself. Determine how much sleep you need (it’s usually 7-9 hours per night, but varies throughout different people) and try to get that amount regularly for a couple of weeks to see if that helps.2. Apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily. 3.Apply an eye cream containing vitamin K and retinol 4.Avoid rubbing your eyes 5.Eat a healthy, balanced diet, take vitamins, and drink plenty of water. AND lastly reduce salt intake,quit smoking and try covring the problem with cosmetics.

Those bags and dark circles are a pain in every woman's ***... they are so hard to deal with.  Somethings work, like tea bags, cucumber slices, cold spoons, and then...sometimes absolutely nothing freaking works.  And you're right... most concealers don't really work for the dark circles...just make it look worse.  I don't really have a solid answer for you... however, as funny as this is... Hemorrhoid Cream works wonder's for the bags under your eye's... it actually shrinks the swelling.  And yes, it does work.... A nurse at a hospital clued me into this little wonder !!
