when we moved in this condo there were roaches that came out at night. i put roach motels and that helped for a little bit. then the outside out the building was sprayed and I havent seen them anymore except the other day I went to the upstairs bathroom and when the light was on and I saw a big one coming out of the back of the sink where there are holes for the water to drain. it didnt come fully out i believe because of the light. i went back to use the bathroom at night again and when i turned on the light there was a little roach in the sink that scurried into the hole. since i saw a big one and then a little one im guessing theyre breeding. and when they get scared they run back to the nest so how do i get rid of roaches if theyre breeding in my sink drain??

  1. have the house sprayed inside and out regularly

set out traps and everything you can.

Some places it doesn't matter what you do.

If you have neighbors that have them that are connected to your condo you are probably out of luck.

I had this problem once in an apartment I lived in--it was the neighbors--I had to move.

  2. Boric Acid. Buy boric acid and mix it with a little sugar to draw them out.  Sprinkle this everywhere, and before you go to bed you can even sprinkle some down the drain.  Remember not to run water down the drain.  They will take the acid back to their nest or where they congregate and it will kill them.

Boric Acid is non-toxic and environmentally safe for humans.
