How do i get rid of these light spots?

it all started out with a round rash on my right arm.then it spreaded to my left arm but with small round dry spots with little red bumps.the big rash on my right arm healed then came back to life.huh!!!but now its trying to heal again so is the other dry spots.but the bad thing about is that they are leaving ugly light spots.how to get rid of these light spots?

I suggest seeing a doctor. If you don't know what the rash is, you could be doing more harm than good to yourself.
