How do i get rid of these scratches?

i recently bought a 1525 Dell inspiron notebook in the alpine white color..I've noticed on the outer case the white part that their are a few minor scratches.. did not come that way i accidentally dropped something on it.. is their anything that will get rid of the scratches? any tips? thanks:)
