How do i get rid of this pop up! Please help me!?

I don't know how i got it, but please tell me how to get rid of it.

I don't know what i downloaded, but i did download somthing and now i have this horable pop up.

Every few times i turn on any internet page, it pops up. I tryed blocking the page, but when ever i do that i have to enable every other page. And its always the same page that pops up.

As i said befor, when i turn on the thing to block the page it blocks the page, but i have to enable every page i use!

Also when ever it pops up it has a little tab at the bottom of the screen that pops up.

First, do not download ANYTHING from RapidShare. It is likely to infect your computer even worse than it is now! Second, just go to the Super Antispyware web site and download and run (in Windows Safe Mode) the free edition of their product. Then, get a firewall (Comodo or Zone Alarm), an antivirus program (Avast or AVG) and possibly a second antispyware program (Spybot Search and Destroy). For your Pop-Under (not strictly a pop-up) adware problem, start just with Super Antispyware:

Then when this problem is removed, download and install the other free security products. Also, clean up your computer with CCleaner once in awhile.

Pop-up mean that you have an adware, Trojan or somethis else. You need antispyware or Hijackthis to try.
