How do i get rid of this?

you could always go to photobucket and crop it out.  but then that whole strip would be gone.  it wouldnt look bad

you know where you have file edit view blah blah blah? right click on the empty space next to it and uncheck status bar.

Just save it to your computer and use a program to crop it out
