How do i get rid of this stain?.........?

does anyone know how to get rid of a dried in blood stain? the stain is on my mattress on my bed, so its not like i can put it into the washing machine! i have tried various cleaning detergents, including bleach, but this has only faded the stain slightly, but i want to get rid of it altogether. even if you have any old fashion remmedies, it does not matter as long as it works. any ideas would be very much appreciated. thank you in advance.

Sorry but if straight bleach isn't working, even after letting it set about an hour, I dont have a clue.
