How do i get rid of this virus? pleasee help!

okay, i have this virus on my laptop.

and ive tried to get rid of it but cant.

i just want something i can download

for free.

it wont let me login to anything!

email, nothing.

and i keep getting these p**n popups.

pleasee help!

One important thing is the fact that you should completely update the Operating System and ALL of the patches.  If your machine is patched for the vulnerability on the HD, then YOU cannot get infected.  It is the more proactive approach (patching your machine, keeping your software updated, using the most current firmware and drivers).  AV is ALWAYS reactive!

get avast antivirus home edition and superantispyware free edition.

also once you have run their scans and deleted the virus/spyware/spam

get CCLeaner and run the registry cleaner.
