  3. If this is really a hockey question then you wouldn't want to get rid of them.

    However, you can't target weight loss to one area of the body.  You can focus on toning those areas and doing cardio and aerobic exercises to lose weight overall.

OK first thing..Stop eating fast food,2.Stop putting chocolate syrup on everything...I know you like chocolate syrup on EVERYTHING(Ice cream, pie, fried chicken) so stop, 3. and the most important GET OFF THE d**n COMPUTER.You see the section you're in?Hockey,now thats a great activity to lose weight and I KNOW you'll love it because the puck looks like a ding dong but dont eat it..Trust me.

  6. Eat Healthy, go to a gym,cut down on fast food, and most importantly exersize daily.  Try gettng a personal trainer, they help lots.
