How do i get ringtones onto my palm centro?

i want to get ringtones for my palm centro. but i dont have internet on my cellphone. is there a way that i can download ringtones offline on my computer and put them on a memory card and then just put the memory card into my phone and save them as ringtones? if so what are the websites? please help. im having an extremely lot of trouble
