How do i get runecrafting up fast??

Question

Im level 66 and i want my runecrafting to level 50 so i can play the new minigame. But im only a non-member so the highest one i can do so body runes. how can i get my runecrafting from level 30 to 50. I only have about 46K in my bank and a rune pickaxe but i can't be bothered mining ess should i buy them or mine them. and roughly how long will it take to get it to level 50.
