  1. If you can't spell the word "scout," you don't get to have them look at you. It's the law.

  2. The less you do to try to MAKE them look at you, the better!

Take your game seriously, and they will take YOU seriously!  Prove yourself a great team player.  Respect the game and do the little things - learn to bunt, run out ground balls, keep emotions under control, have a short memory for mistakes.

But most important, bring a passion for the game.  Nothing great has ever been done without enthusiasm.  If you love what you do, that can't help but get noticed!

  3. hit 650 in your last year of high school ball, no one gets drafted out of high school anymore ,but if your hitting 400 in high school you have great shot at landing a scholarship at college.

  4. Go to a showcase somewhere in your state. There you will find a ton of college scouts and even MLB scouts show up if they really want to look at a certain kid.

  5. Corey is right. If your good enough word will spread. Just keep on practicing and training and maybe make a video of you playing and submit it to a university.

  6. If you are good enough, word will get around & the scouts will find you.

  7. You coach should be on the phone telling them that he has a potential star that they should look at.  If he isn't then your problem isn't with the scouts but your coach..../

  8. Just do your thing and they'll notice you.
